The importance of obtaining the Lifelong Learning Trainer certification.

Enhancing career prospects requires lifelong learning and specialized training through participation in education programs related to each individual’s area of interest.

Adult education professionals, as well as those wishing to provide training, now have the opportunity to acquire an additional qualification, that of the Vocational Training Instructor through the Professional Qualifications System (PQS) of the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA).

The Professional Qualifications certificates awarded by the HRDA through the PQS are related to the European Qualifications Framework (EQF). They are reliable and valid credentials for a professional career, while also facilitating the mobility of their holders within the European Economic Area.

At the Lifelong Education Center, we offer training programs for individuals with or without experience in adult education, during which participants are prepared by experienced trainers, with the aim of obtaining the certification of Vocational Training Instructor.

With this specific certification, the instructor can conduct training funded by the HRDA, participate in training activities announced by the HRDA, and collaborate with educational and vocational training bodies in Cyprus and abroad.
