How can I leverage the certification:
By obtaining the certification, you will have the knowledge and ability to develop programs and train adults in your area of expertise, in collaboration with training centers or businesses, as well as to participate in subsidized actions of the AnAD.

Content:
The training program is approved and may be subsidized by the AnAD. The content of the training is determined by the AnAD, covering areas related to the design and implementation of training as well as the investigation of the needs present in the market, so that the trainings can be appropriately adapted.

Upon completion of the program, participants secure their participation in the evaluation for obtaining the certification.

Certificate of Participation:
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate of participation, which will ensure your participation in the evaluation and certification process according to the standard of the Lifelong Learning Trainer.

Program Duration: 84 hours (28 meetings)

Investment:
Eligible for corporate subsidy from AnAD: €420/person*
Initial program cost: €2,100/person
*Eligible subsidy recipients are exempt from VAT.

Unemployed Free (provided relevant criteria are met)

The program has been approved by the AnAD.Businesses/organizations that participate with their employees, as well as unemployed individuals who meet the requirements of the AnAD, will receive the relevant grant.
